摘　　要： 人的全面发展是社会发展的出发点和最终归宿,在人类社会发展进程中,人在发挥主体作用的同时又依赖于社会的发展,社会的发展方向和发展水平决定人的发展向度和发展程度。中国特色社会主义的发展始终指向人的全面发展。习近平提出的创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大发展理念既引领新时期我国经济社会发展方向,又分别从人的劳动及潜能的发展、人的需要的满足、人与自然的和谐发展、人的社会关系的丰富以及"每一个人"的发展等多重向度深切关注人的发展,包含着以经济社会发展推动人的全面发展的内在逻辑和人本意蕴,体现了"人民至上"的社会主义发展宗旨,为全面建成小康社会提供价值引领和理论指南。 Human's all-round development is the starting point and final destination of social development. On one hand, human beings exert their subjective initiative during the process of human society, and on the other hand, they depend on the development of society, which means the direction and level of social development determine the dimension and degree of human development. The development of socialism with Chinese characteristics always points to human's all-round development. Five development concepts proposed by Chairman Xi include the concepts of innovation, coordination, green development, opening up, and sharing, which not only lead the orientation of economic and social development in the new period, but also pay more attention to human development from the aspects of the development of human labor and potential, the satisfaction of human needs, harmonious development between man and nature, the richness of human social relations and the free development of each individual. Five development concepts contain the internal logic and humanistic implication of human's all-round development promoted by economic and social development, reflect the socialist development tenet of 'people are the most supreme', enrich the concept of 'people-oriented' and ultimately provide value and theoretical guidance for building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.
