摘　　要： 列宁主义政党以严密的组织纪律性保证了权力的高效运作,影响了部分后发现代化国家的政党政治样态和政治发展模式,其中政党的权力授受关系是重要因素。在列宁主义政党的发展史上,民主授权与科层授权是党的权力授受的两种路径选择,共同塑造了列宁主义政党权力授权方式。考察权力授受关系有助于理解列宁主义政党权力实现过程的合理性与不足,以规范化的授权机制改善党的权力授受方式,实现政党能力的全面提升。 Leninism party ensures the efficient operation of power with its strict organizational discipline and influences some late-modernization nations' party politics and political development modes. Among the various factors, party empowerment relation is the important one. During the history of Leninism party, Democratic empowerment and Hierarchy authorization are two ways, which shape the empowerment model of the Leninism party. It is helpful to study empowerment relation to understand the rationality and insufficient of the Leninism party power realization process, to improve party empowerment method by applying standardized empowerment model in order to get the overall improvement of Party ability.
