摘　　要： 绿色理念是党的十八届五中全会提出的指引我国经济社会发展的五大理念之一。在此背景下,新疆作为我国重要的能源战略接替区和全国5大综合能源基地之一,亟需创新发展思路和发展模式,加快煤炭行业绿色转型升级步伐。本文结合新疆煤炭行业发展形势,分析煤炭行业面临的机遇和挑战,探索提出煤炭行业绿色转型升级的途径,以尽快走出发展困局,有效提高煤炭行业发展的整体水平、质量和效益,全面实现绿色发展。 the green concept is one of the five concepts proposed in the fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee as the guideline for China's economic and social development. Under this background, as the alternative region of China's most important energy strategy and one of the country's 5 largest comprehensive energy bases,Xinjiang is in urgent need of innovative development ideas and development mode to accelerate the pace of transformation and upgrading of the coal industry. In combination with the development situation of Xinjiang coal industry, this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges facing Xinjiang coal industry and explores to put forward the green transformation and upgrading ways of coal industry, so as to help Xinjiang get rid of the predicament as soon as possible, improve the overall level, quality and efficiency of development of the coal industry and realize fully the green development.
