离子液体改性活性炭的CO_2吸附和扩散性能

摘  要: 采用浸渍法将活性炭用1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑双三氟甲烷磺酰亚胺盐([Bmim][TFSI])进行改性处理,制得一系列活性炭负载离子液体,并对其进行了FTIR,TG和SEM表征。研究了浸渍液浓度和浸渍时间对样品孔径分布、CO_2吸附量、CO_2/N_2选择性和抗水性能的影响,并分析了CO_2在活性炭负载离子液体内的吸附扩散行为。结果表明:浸渍时间是影响样品CO_2吸附性能的关键因素,当离子液体浓度为0.24 mol/L浸渍3 h时,样品能较好地保持活性炭发达的孔道特征,在0.1 MPa和298 K时的CO_2吸附量达8.65%;与空白活性炭相比,[Bmim][TFSI]改性处理能显著提高CO_2/N_2的选择性和抗水性;负载离子液体具有较快的CO_2扩散速率,其扩散系数比纯离子液体高2个数量级。 A series of active carbon-immobilized ionic liquid were prepared by the impregnation of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl) imide and characterized via FTIR,TG and SEM. The effects of impregnation concentration and time on pore structure distribution,CO_2 adsorption capacity,CO_2/N_2 selectivity and water resistance were investigated.Furthermore,the CO_2 adsorption behavior of activated carbon supported ionic liquid was discussed in detail.The results illustrate that the impregnation time is the key factor influencing the CO_2 adsorption performance.The active carbon-immobilized ionic liquid prepared with 0.24 mol/L impregnation concentration for 3 h can maintain the developed pore characteristics of activated carbon,resulting a better CO_2 adsorption capacity of 8.65% at 298 K and 0.1 MPa.Compared with the bare activated carbon,the sample modified by [Bmim][TFSI] can significantly enhance the CO_2/N_2 selectivity and the water resistance. The immobilized ionic liquids also have a faster CO_2 diffusion rate which is higher than pure ionic liquids two orders of magnitude.
