摘　　要： 本文介绍了公共-私人伙伴(英文缩写:PPP)的基本概念、组织结构和运作思路,针对PPP模式运用中存在的问题进行了探讨,并提出了解决对策. This paper introduced the conceptual framework,organization structure and operations train of thought for the Public-Private Partnership( English abbr. : PPP),discussed the existential problems in use of the PPP model and presented the solving countermeasures.
