摘　　要： 本文以硅藻土为功能填料,低VOC含量乳液为基料,配合重钙粉、金红石型钛白粉和环保助剂,研制了一种水性硅藻液态内墙涂料.系统研究了颜基比和硅藻土用量对涂料耐洗刷性和空气净化性能的影响;确定了涂料最佳配方,并依据相关标准进行性能检测.同时,利用扫描电子显微镜对涂料涂膜及其颜填料进行了微观形貌表征.该水性硅藻液态内墙涂料具有低VOC含量、绿色环保和空气净化性能优越的特点. In this paper,a kind of aqueous diatom liquid interior wall paint was developed successfully by using diatomites as the main functional filler,the emulsion with lower VOC content as the base material,and heavy calcium powders,rutile titanium dioxides as other pigment and filler,and adding other environmental-friendly auxiliaries.The effects of pigment-binder ratio and diatomite content on the scrubbing resistance and air purification performance of the coating were systematically studied. The optimal formula of the paint was determined and the performance was tested according to the relevant standards. In addition,the surface morphology of the diatom paint and the pigments and fillers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy( SEM). The obtained aqueous diatom liquid interior wall paint has the characteristics of low VOC content, green environmental-friendly and air purification performance.
