摘 要: 船舶振动和噪声会影响船载精密设备的工作精度,影响船舶工作人员的身体健康,因此,必须对船舶振动进行有效的监测。本文充分结合船舶典型航行状态的声场特性,结合CPLD逻辑控制器和数字信号处理技术,设计了一种基于CPLD的船舶振动监测系统。通过实时监测船舶振动的频谱特性,可对船舶主机和船载设备的运行状态进行诊断。 Ship vibration and noise will affect the accuracy of shipboard precision equipment, and affect the health of the ship's personnel. Therefore, it is of great significance to monitor the ship vibration effectively. In this paper, a ship vibration monitoring system based on CPLD is designed according to the acoustic field characteristic of ship's typical navigation state and CPLD logic controller and digital signal processing technology. By monitoring the frequency spectrum of ship vibration in real time, the operational state of the ship's main engine and shipborne equipment can be diagnosed.
