摘　　要： 船舶监控是利用定位技术,对监控船舶的航行状态通过移动终端传送回监控终端。本文将GPS技术和GSM技术相结合,应用于船舶监控系统的服务器设计中,在设计中本文首先架构整个系统,并对系统的功能模块进行阐述。 Ship monitoring is the use of positioning technology to monitor the ship's navigation state through the mobile terminal back to the monitoring terminal. This paper combined GPS technology with GSM technology, and applied it to the design of ship monitoring system server. In the design, this article first constructed the entire system, and had carried on the detailed elaboration to the system function module.
