摘 要: 以2-卤代-4-叔丁基苯酚、甲醛水溶液和1,3-丙二胺为原料经曼尼希缩合"一锅法"反应合成四氢嘧啶桥联胺基酚类配体,利用甲基铝和配体反应制得了相应的铝络合物。利用核磁共振(~1 H NMR、^(13)C NMR)及元素分析等对化合物结构进行了表征,研究了铝络合物的催化性能。研究表明,铝络合物在室温下能够催化ε-己内酯开环聚合,具有良好的活性,当升高温度时,催化活性进一步提高。利用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)表征了所得聚合物的分子量及其分布。 Tetrahydropyrimidine bridged amino-phenol ligands were prepared via Mannich condensation by one-pot reaction of 2-halogenated-4-tert-butyl phenol,formaldehyde aqueous solution,and 1,3-propanediamine.Trimethyl aluminum was treated with the ligands to give the corresponding complexes.The obtained compounds were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance(~1 H NMR,^(13)C NMR)and elemental analysis,and the catalytic performances of the complexes were also investigated.Aluminum complexes exhibit good activity for the ring opening polymerization ofε-caprolactone at ambient temperature.The activity increases with the elevating of the reaction temperature.The molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of the polymers were determined by gel permeation chromatography(GPC).
