摘　　要： 随着生活节奏的加快,工作及学习压力的加大,溃疡发病率呈逐年上升的趋势,严重影响人们的生活质量。透明质酸及其衍生物具有良好的生物相容性,对溃疡有一定的治疗作用。本文综述透明质酸及其衍生物在口腔溃疡、角膜溃疡、消化性溃疡及糖尿病足溃疡等多种临床溃疡治疗中的应用评价。 In recent years, the incidence of ulcer shows upward trend year by year, which affects people's life quality seriously. Hyaluronic acid and its derivatives have good therapeutic effect on ulcer due to their good biocompatibility. This article reviews the application of hyaluronic acid and its derivatives for the ulcer treatment including oral ulcer, corneal ulcer, peptic ulcer and diabetic foot ulcer.
