摘　　要： 糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病严重的并发症,也是造成终末期肾病的主要原因之一。由于缺乏有效的治疗方法,迫切需要寻找新的治疗的药物或靶点。自噬作为机体主要防御机制之一,在维持肾环境的稳态中发挥着重要的作用,在DN中同样具有重要作用。本文就自噬在DN发病机制中的作用,调控自噬相关信号通路对DN发生发展的影响以及与自噬相关的DN的治疗药物等方面进行综述。 Abatract: Diabetic nephropathy(DN) is a serious complication of diabetes mellitus and one of the main causes of endstage renal disease. Due to the lack of effective treatment, it is necessary to find the new drugs and targets for treatment. As one of the body defense mechanisms, autophagy may play an important role in maintaining kidney homeostasis. This review summarizes the roles of the autophagy in DN pathogenesis and DN development, and the DN drugs related with autophagy.
