摘　　要： 十八届三中全会本质上是为了消除社会中的各种非现代因素,以持续启蒙的现代发展型理念来在"前进中"解决我国面临的各种问题。这一战略思想有利于我们利用科学技术、科学管理推进我国的现代化建设,助力我国人民按照马克思、恩格斯等思想先贤当年的理想,从"必然王国"走向"自由王国"的努力。 The Paper is an attempt to provide a philosophical understanding the essence of the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the CPC.Through a careful study of the widely circulated document which is meant to guide China's next step reform,the authors argue that the philosophical tone of the monumental document is continued modernization enlightenment.Only by adhering to the principles of modernization can China have a chance to further its cause to free its people by way of science and technology and modern scientific management.
