摘　　要： 本文介绍了咸阳化工60万吨/年甲醇项目供配电系统设计、配置情况,总结了电气系统近几年来的运行情况,从电力系统运行安全以及化工装置应急处置方面综合考虑,提出电力系统异常情况下化工装置应急处置方案以及优化思路。 This paper introduces the design and configuration for power supply and distribution system in0.6mt/a methanolproject at Xianyang Petrochemical Co.It sums up the operation of the electrical system in recent years and describes the emergencyplan for the chemical plant when the power system is under abnormal conditions on the basis of the safe operation of the power systemand emergency response of the chemical plant.
