摘 要: 通过对试验田大米样品进行特征波段的筛选后,在其范围内利用傅里叶变换漫反射近红外光谱法结合化学计量学对来自2014、2015年的地理标志产品查哈阳大米和五常大米进行产地溯源检测。结果表明,来自不同地区的大米样品在波段为5 136~5 501 cm^(-1)处均有显著差异。利用因子化法建立的定性分析模型对2014年查哈阳及五常大米的正确预测率均为100%,对2015年两地区样品的正确预测率分别为100%、91.67%。利用偏最小二乘法建立的定量分析模型对2014年两地区的样品正确预测率为90.90%、95.83%,对2015年两地区的样品正确预测率为91.67%、87.50%。 In this study we identified the feature wavebands for rice samples grown in experimental fields located in Wuchang,Jiamusi and Qiqihar in2015to examine the application of diffuse reflectance Fourier transform near infrared(FTNIR)spectroscopy combined with chemometrics for identifying the traceability of the geographical indication products Chahayang rice and Wuchang rice harvested in2014and2015.The results showed that the rice samples from different regions were significantly different in the wavenumber region of5136-5501cm-1.The predictive accuracy of the developed qualitative analysis model was100%for both Chahayang rice and Wuchang rice harvested in2014,and100%and91.67%for Chahayang rice and Wuchang rice harvested in2015,respectively.The accuracy of the quantitative prediction model established by partial least squares method was90.90%and95.83%for Chahayang rice and Wuchang rice harvested in2014,and91.67%and87.50%for Chahayang rice and Wuchang rice harvested in2015,respectively.
