摘 要: 构建水利立体监测体系是新时期水利信息化的重要建设内容,水利立体监测技术涉及到多平台联合、多元融合和汇聚及精准获取等方面,需要解决好监测的动态适应性及异构通信网络互联互通问题等。分析信息获取与传输技术的最新发展特点,以及国外水利应用情况,提出基于动态反馈的立体监测参考框架,并探讨立体监测通信网络协议架构的制定,最后对水利立体监测应用前景进行展望。 The construction of water conservancy stereo monitoring system is the significiant construction content of water conservancy informatization in the new time period.The water conservancy stereo monitoring technology involves multiple platforms joint,multi-source fusion and convergence,and accurate acquisition,etc.Also monitoring dynamic adaptive problems and heterogeneous network interconnection problems need to be solved.This paper introduces the latest development of information acquisition and transmission technology with application in foreign countries,and proposes a stereo monitoring reference frame based on dynamic feedback.And the paper analyzes communication network protocol architecture of the stereomonitoring.Finally,the application outlook of water conservancy stereo monitoring system is concluded.
