摘　　要： 高职院校开设课余游泳训练这一科目对青少年的各方面发展有着很重要的意义。但是目前高职院校的课余游泳训练在许多方面还有存在一些不足之处。本文通过研究分析课余游泳训练,针对高职院校的课余游泳训练现状论述了训练过程中的策略,仅供读者参考。 In higher vocational colleges,the subject of swimming training after school has very important significance for teenagers'various development.But the current higher vocational colleges after school swimming training exists some shortcomings.In this paper,through research and analysis of present situation after school swimming training,training strategy are discussed only for readers reference.
