摘　　要： 目的:观察黄蛭口服液改善PCI术后心衰患者左室射血分数,脑钠肽前体水平及预后的作用。方法:采用前瞻性对照研究的方法,临床选取急性心梗PCI术后并发心衰患者60例,随机分成治疗组与对照组,两组均给予常规冠心病2级药物预防及抗心衰药物治疗,治疗组加予黄蛭口服液,分别于治疗前后检测脑钠肽前体水平及左室射血分数,比较治疗前后两组各项观察指标的差异。结果:治疗组治疗后的脑钠肽前体水平明显低于对照组,左室射血分数改善明显优于对照组,不良心血管事件发生率明显低于对照组。结论:黄蛭口服液对改善PCI术后心衰患者心功能,降低脑钠肽前体水平及改善预后均有一定的辅助作用。 Objective:To observe clinical effects of the Huangzhi oral liquid on left ventricular ejection fraction,brain natriuretic peptide level and prognosis in patients with heart failure after PCI.Methods:60patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The groups were treated with conventional coronary heart disease medication.The treatment group was given the Huangzhi oral liquid more.Results:The level of brain natriuretic peptide in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The improvement of left ventricular ejection fraction was better than that in the control group.The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Conclusion:The Huangzhi oral liquid can improve the cardiac function,decrease the level of brain natriuretic peptide and improve the prognosis of patients with heart failure after PCI.
