摘　　要： 目的:分析周亚平主任医师治疗乳腺癌患者的用药规律,以进一步指导临床用药。方法:收集周师诊治的74例乳腺癌患者的处方,对处方中的用药情况及用药类别进行统计和分析。结果:使用频率居于前10位的单味中药是党参、茯苓、柴胡、瓜蒌、蒲公英等;使用频率居于前8位的中药类别是补气药、滋阴药、利水消肿药、理气药、清热泻火药等。结论:周亚平主任医师治疗乳腺癌患者以补气养阴、疏肝理气、清热解毒、活血散结为基本原则。 Objective:To analyzed the medication regularity of Chief Physician Zhou Yaping in treating breast cancer,to further guide clinical medication.Methods:74cases of TCM medicine prescriptions for breast cancer in patients who treated by Zhou Yaping were collected,to census and analyze prescription medication and TCM medicine category.Results:The top10medicines were Danshen,Fuling,Chaihu,Gualou,Pugongying and so on.The top8medicine categories were Qi-supplementing medicinal,Nourishing Yin medicinal,diuresis detumescence medicinal,Qi-rectifying medicinal,heat-clearing fire-purging medicinal et al.Conclusion:The main therapeutic principle of Zhou Yaping for treating breast cancer is boosting Qi and nourishing Yin,relieving Qi stagnancy in liver,clearing away heat and toxic material,promoting blood circulation and resolving masses.
