摘　　要： 目的:评价超声引导下小针刀治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的治疗效果。方法:观察32例桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎患者在超声引导行小针刀治疗前、治疗后3d、治疗后1个月的VAS评分和临床疗效。结果:与手术前相比,术后3d及术后1个月时患者的VAS评分明显下降(P<0.05),治愈率87.5%,有效率100%。结论:超声引导下小针刀治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎疗效确切,安全性高,适合临床应用并进一步深入研究。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of ultrasound-guided acupotomy on stenosing tenosynovitis.Methods:A total of32patients received ultrasound-guided acupotomy.All patients were followed-up regularly to evaluate the clinical efficacy and the pain score(Visual analogue scale,VAS)before treatment and in3days and1month.Results:The VAS score in3days and1month after treatment were decreased significantly(P<0.05);the total cure rate was87.3%,and the effective rate was100%.Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided acupotomy on stenosing tenosynovitis had curative effects and safety,was suitable for clinical application and further research.
