摘　　要： 文章从可持续发展理念入手,分析植鞣革零料的来源以及再利用的主要问题,以设计师的角度提出植鞣革零料再利用的设计方法,以植鞣革特色工艺—染色、塑形、皮雕、封边等方法为切入点,以首饰设计为案例,探索了一条植鞣革零料可持续发展的道路,在降低资源浪费的同时,丰富了产品的设计效果,实现产品价值的提升。 In this paper,we take the concept of the sustainable developmentas the foundation,and analyze the sources of vegetable tanned leather scrapsand reuse methods.This article from the designers’point of view,suggestedthe design methods for reuse of vegetable tanned leather scraps.Exploredthe sustainable design methods in accordding with vegetable tanned leathercharacteristics with Knitting Technology of vegetable tanned leather,includingdyeing,shaping,cowhiding,seal.etc.as a breakthrough and takes jewelry designas an example.Reuse methods not only reduce the waste effectively,but alsoenrich product design,and promote the value of products.
