摘　　要： 目的:探讨中药药熨配合红外线治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效性。方法:将80例腰椎间盘突出症患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组40例,对照组40例。治疗组采用中药药熨配合红外线疗法,对照组采用红外线疗法,治疗2周后对治疗结果进行评价,治疗结束后三个月对患者进行随访。结果:治疗组总有效率95.0%,对照组总有效率82.5%,治疗组优于对照组;在视觉模拟评分的改善方面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。但是复发率方面两组不具有差异。结论:中药药熨配合红外线疗法可以有效减轻患者的疼痛程度,且疗效稳定,安全无副作用。 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of TCM ironing with infrared ray on cold dampness type of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:80cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,40cases in each group.The treatment group was treated by TCM ironing with infrared ray;the control group received infrared therapy.After two weeks of treatment,the therapeutic results were evaluated;in three months after the treatment,patients were followed-up.Results:The total effective rate was95%in the treatment group,and better than82.5%in the control group;the visual analogue scale improvement in the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).But the recurrence rate between two groups had no difference.Conclusion:TCM ironing with infrared ray therapy could effectively reduce the pain of patients,and stable effects,safe and was no side effect.
