特材镀镍六面体超精密研磨方法研究

摘  要: 特材镀镍六面体是安装和调整各种惯性仪表的基准,六面体的工作平面表面粗糙度小于砌0.02μm,平面度不大于0.2μm,六个面相互的垂直度和平行度误差不大于2'。系统介绍了特材镀镍六面体的研磨方法,包括研磨剂的配制、研磨平板的研修、六面体的研磨过程,并且重点研究了不同研料对镍层精密研磨表面质量的影响。研究结果表明,粒度W0.5的自制研料研磨加工的镍层表面粗糙度在Ra0.015μm^0.02μm之间,表面无划伤,研磨性能优于刚玉研料和金刚石研料。 Special material hexahedron coating with nickel plating is the standard of installing and regulating various inertial instruments.The roughness of hexahedron working surfaces must be less than Ra0.02μm,the flatness must be less than 0.2μm,and the verticality error and parallelism error of each other are less than 2".This paper systemly introduces special material hexahedron coating with nickel plating ultraprecision grinding technology,including abradant formula,ground flat grinding,and hexahedron grinding processes.A comprehensive experimental study on the influence of nickel plating precision grinding surface using different grinding materials is carried out in the paper.The experimental results show that the roughness of nickel plating precision grinding with self-restraint grinding material whose granularity is W0.5,is between Ra0.015 um and Ra0.02 um,and the grinding surface does not have any scratch.The grinding performance of self-restraint grinding material is better than corundum grinding material and diamond grinding material.
