摘　　要： 城市违法用地和违法建设现象屡禁不止,依靠人工巡查等常规监测手段效率低、效果差。微型无人机具有安全高效、机动灵活、成本低廉等优点,可通过低空航空摄影对城市重点监测区域实现实时、全面的动态监测。本文主要分析了无人机航摄应用于"两违"监测中的关键技术,重点从航摄设计、正射影像制作、图斑提取与分析、专题图制作几个方面进行了分析。 Illegal use of land and illegal construction in urban areas is very serious,especially in large cities. Conventional monitoring means such as manual inspection are inefficient and ineffective. Micro UAV has the advantages of safety,high efficiency,flexibility and low cost. Low altitude aerial photography can be used for real-time and comprehensive dynamic monitoring of key monitoring areas. This paper mainly analyzes the key technology of UAV aerials in illegal use of land and illegal construction monitoring from the aspects of aerial photography design,ortho image generation,polygon extraction and analysis,and thematic map production.
