摘　　要： "一带一路"是新时期中国深化对外合作的倡议,油气合作是"一带一路"倡议的重要组成部分,这为中国石油企业带来了历史性发展契机。分析"一带一路"区域内油气资源和消费情况、油气工业发展程度、工程技术服务和装备制造能力等,提出中国石油企业在油气田勘探开发、管道建设、工程技术服务以及装备出口等领域,与"一带一路"区内国家有很多合作机遇,指出面临"一带一路"国家资源民族主义,以及项目经济性、安全、技术适用性等方面的挑战。建议以互连互通为抓手,促进区域油气资源与市场融合,推动全产业链融合,促进国内油气产业升级,按资本输出规律推动油气合作。 As a significant part of the Belt and Road—China＇s initiative to deepen foreign cooperation in the new era, oil and gas cooperation may bring a historic opportunity for Chinese oil companies. The paper analyzes oil and gas resources and consumption, the degree of development of oil and gas industry, engineering technical services and equipment manufacturing capacity in the countries along with the Belt and Road initiative; proposes opportunities for cooperation for Chinese oil companies in oil and gas exploration and development, pipeline construction, engineering technical services and equipment exports; indicates several challenges from nationalism, project economy, safety and technical applicability in countries along the route. Chinese oil companies should focus on communication, accelerate regional oil and gas resources and market integration, promote the integration of the whole industry chain, facilitate upgrading of the domestic oil and gas industry, and push oil and gas cooperation according to the law of capital export.
