摘　　要： 古巴导弹危机是冷战时期美苏之间的一次直接对抗,对当时的国际关系产生了重要影响。这次危机之所以最终能够和平解决,在一定程度上是因为美苏领导人秘密达成了所谓"导弹交易",即双方同意撤走各自部署在土耳其和古巴的导弹。长期以来,西方学者过分夸大了美国军事力量对苏联的威慑作用,认为美国决定性的军事优势促使苏联做出让步。美苏达成的秘密协议再次表明,危机的解决是双方相互妥协的结果。 The Union Cuban missile crisis was a direct confrontation between the United States and the Soviet in the cold war era, and had an important influence on the international relations then.
