摘　　要： 在我国大力发展高等职业教育的背景下,高职院校的档案管理是承载职业教育文化传承与职教体系发展的重要载体。高职院校档案是记述院校教育、教学与科研改革全过程的原始凭证材料,其内容丰富多彩,是取之不尽的教育资源。高职院校的档案管理对总结职业教育的办学规律、加快职教改革发展、加强教育教学改革等具有重要的指导意义。 Under the background of rapid development of higher vocational education in China,archives management of higher vocational colleges is an important carrier bearing the cultural inheritance of vocational education and the development of vocational educational system.The archives of higher vocational colleges are original evidence documents recording the overall process of their education,teaching and scientific research reform,and with a variety of contents,they are inexhaustible educational resources.The archives management of higher vocational colleges has a great guidance significance to summarize the school running rules of vocational education,accelerate the reform and development of vocational education,and strengthen the education and teaching reform,etc.
