摘　　要： 班干部是学生班集体的骨干,在班级管理中具有至关重要的作用。本文基于高职院校学生骨干培养情况,在梳理相关文献的基础上,抽取出班干部选拔评价的主要维度,进而梳理出其与"两学一做"的联系,即是进一步深入贯彻"两学一做"精神的微观体现。在此基础上构建出"两学一做"视角下高职院校班干部选拔评价体系,为日后班干部的选拔提供了完备的评价考察体系。 a class cadre is the backbone of a class,and plays an important role in class management.On the basis of the cultivation situation of class cadres and combing the relevant literature,this paper draws out the main dimensions of the selection and evaluation of the cadre selection and then combs the connection between the two students and the ＂Studies on the Theoretical and Practical Issues of Party Building＂,which is the micro embodiment for further implementation of＂Studies on the Theoretical and Practical Issues of Party Building＂.On the basis of this,the evaluation system of class cadres in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of＂Studies on the Theoretical and Practical Issues of Party Building＂is constructed,which provides a complete evaluation system for the selection of class cadres in the future.
