摘 要: 针对钢渣水硬胶凝活性差,难以实现在水泥和混凝土中的大规模应用等现状。分析了钢渣水硬胶凝活性差的原因,研究了添加钙质和硅铝质材料对钢渣矿物组成和活性改善的影响,设计了适用于现有钢渣辊压处理生产线的熔融钢渣在线改性螺旋给料试验装置,并进行了熔融钢渣在线改性,取得了28d活性指数提高10%的良好改性效果。 As steel slag has poor cementitious property, this makes it difficuh to achieve large-scale application in cementand concrete. The paper analyzed the reason of poor cementitious property for steel slag and studied the effect of calcareousmaterial and aluminosilicate material to improve mineral composition and cementitious property of steel slag. Test equipmentsby screw-feed that apply to the existing product line of roll-in cracking of steel slag was designed, by which tests were carriedout about on-line modification of molten steel slag and 28d activity index was creased 10%.
