摘　　要： 人口老龄化的持续升级给养老产业带来前所未有的挑战,以《"十三五"国家老龄事业发展和养老体系建设规划》为指导,深度剖析河南省养老服务体系建设情况发现:养老服务供需矛盾突出,养老服务理念和模式也与现实需求脱节;养老服务满意度不高,尚未有针对养老服务的专业教育体系;养老服务主体单一,不能多元化、可持续发展。因此,建立科学、多层次的养老服务体系是应对人口老龄化的必然需求。 The aging population brings unprecedented challenges to an industry to care for the elderly,guided by the 13th five year of national undertaking development and pension system construction plan, depth analysis of Henan province found on the construction of old-age service system： pension services have the obvious contradiction between supply and demand, pension service concept and mode also cannot meet the reality; Pension service satisfaction isnot high, we still didn＇t have professional education system for pension services; The body pension services are still individualized, cannot be diversified and sustainable. Therefore, to establishscientific and multi-level old-age service system is the inevitable demand to cope with the aging population.
