摘　　要： 本文针对铜冶炼电尘灰内的铜回收工艺实施了实验研究,主要涵盖了酸浸、压滤、萃取以及电积工艺,最终通过实验从电尘灰中提取出了阴极铜,实现了电尘灰中铜的有效提取,并针对该方法在工业化中的应用进行了设计,大大提升了铜冶炼企业的资源利用效率。 In this paper, copper recovery process for copper smelting dust in the implementation of the experimental study, mainly covers the acid leaching, pressure filtration, extraction and electrowinning process, finally through the experiment from dust extracted copper cathode, realizes the effective extraction of copper dust in electricity, and designed the application this method in industry, greatly enhance the resource utilization efficiency of copper smelting enterprises.
