摘　　要： 对国内外高职院校专业群与中小企业协同创新模式进行总结分析,可以帮助相关学者了解国内外高职院校专业群与中小企业协同创新的主要模式及具体应用情况。通过运用网络调查、文献收集、案例分析和比较分析研究方法,以德国代根多夫应用科技大学和广州铁路职业技术学院为例,分析国内外高职院校专业群与中小企业协同创新主要模式,并对比其差异。研究结果表明,校企协同创新管理体制、校企联合培养人才、建立实训基地、共建科技创新平台是国内外高职院校专业群与中小企业协同创新的主要模式。 This paper summarized and analyzed the modes of collaborative innovation between the specialty clusters in Higher vocational Institution and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises at home and abroad to help the related scholars know its＇ main modes and application. Taking Technische Hochschule Deggendand GuangZhou Railway Polytechnic as an example, this paper analyzed the main nodes of collaborative innovation between the specialty clusters in Higher vocational Institution and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises at home and abroad by the research method of web survey, literature collection, case study and comparative analysis. The result indicated that the modes mainly included collaborative innovation between colleges and enterprises in management system, personnel training, establishment of training bases and platform of sci-tech innovation.
