摘 要: 大数据时代的到来给教育领域带来了深刻的影响,无论是学生的学习方式还是教师的教学方式都在悄然发生着变化。分析大数据时代背景下的高职英语教育特点,从知识的学习、传播和创新三个方面探讨高职英语教师面临的机遇与挑战,从教师个体和学校管理两大层面对教师专业发展提出建议,旨在探讨通过提高教师专业素养从而提升高职英语教学效果。 The coming of the era of big data exerts deep influence on education and both the way to teach and the way to learn are unconsciously changing. Analysis has been made about college English education against the background of big data, opportunities and challenges met by teachers in terms of the acquisition, delivery and innovation of knowledge, and suggestions are put forward from aspects of teacher individuals and school management, with a purpose to improve teaching outcome through the discussion of teacher professional development.
