摘　　要： 作为EMC测试的重要设备,信号发生器应满足IEC 61000和CISPR 16系列标准要求。结合上述标准,指出并分析了影响信号发生器性能的四个要点——信号源的谐波抑制、输出电平的准确性、输出功率以及信号源可靠性。 As an important device for EMC testing, the signal generator shall meet the requirements of IEC 61000 and CISPR 16 series standards. According to the above criteria, harmonic suppression, from five aspects of the impact of signal generator performance： signal source output level accuracy, phase noise, power output and reliability, points out the key points in the design of signal generator.
