摘　　要： 随着生态文明的持续推进,水系生态治理已成为当前面临的迫切而现实的问题,如何降低人类活动对水生态环境的影响逐渐成为河道水系治理的焦点。传统的河道治理大量采用钢筋混凝土、砌石等硬质材料,在满足防洪安全的同时,也造成了严重的生态系统退化的现象。采用新型绿色生态材料,不仅是贯彻创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大发展理念,落实加强推进生态文明建设决策部署的有力举措,也是实现经济和社会绿色发展的重要保障。本文介绍水土保护毯在洛阳江东西溪汇合段河道治理工程的应用情况,旨在为河道生态治理工程提供了有益借鉴。 River system ecological management has become an urgent and realistic problem at present with continuous advancement of ecological civilization. How to reduce the influence of human activities on water ecological environment gradually becomes the focus of river system management. A lot of reinforced concrete,masonry and other hard materials are mostly adopted in traditional river management. Severe degradation of ecosystem is caused when the safety of flood control is satisfied. Novel green ecological materials should be adopted for carrying out five major development concepts of innovation,coordination,greenness,openness and sharing,and implementing the powerful measures of reinforcing and impelling ecological civilization construction decision-making deployment on the one hand,and it is also an important guarantee to realize green development of economy and society. In the paper,the application of soil and water conservation blankets in the river management project in the east and west stream convergence of Luoyang River is introduced,thereby providing beneficial reference for river ecological management projects.
