摘　　要： 目的探讨椰子壳挥发油抗急性心肌梗死(AMI)诱发的心肌损伤作用及其机制。方法选取60只Wistar大鼠,随机分为6组:假手术组、模型组、复方丹参滴丸组(灌胃给药)、椰子壳挥发油高、中、低剂量组(雾化给药)。除假手术组不结扎动脉外,其他组均采用冠状动脉左前降支结扎造成AMI大鼠模型,从造模当日开始给药,每天1次,连续7天,于实验的第8天处检测心功能、心肌损伤标志物肌酸激酶MB同工酶(CK-MB)和心肌肌钙蛋白(cTnI、cTnT)、病理改变(HE染色)及心肌梗死面积。结果雾化给药椰子壳挥发油后心功能指标改善明显,与模型组比较均有差异(P<0.01);挥发油高、中剂量组CK-MB、cTnI、cTnT3项指标改善明显,与模型组比较差异显著(P<0.01);各给药组病理损伤及心肌梗死面积明显减少,与模型组比较有统计学差异(P<0.01),挥发油高、中剂量组与复方丹参滴丸组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论椰子壳挥发油可以改善梗死后缺血心肌的结构和功能,减轻心肌细胞的损伤,对AMI诱发的心肌损伤有一定的保护作用。 Objective To investigate the antagonistic effect of volatile oil from coconut shell against myocardial injury induced by acute myocardial infarction （AMI）. Methods 60 Wistar rats were divided into 6 groups： sham operation group, model group, positive control group （oral administration）, high, medium and low group of volatile oil from coconut shell （atomization inhalation）. Apart from sham operation group, the rest groups were established the model of AMI through coronary artery left anterior descending ligation. Administration began on the day of modeling, once a day and last for seven days. The cardiac function, the levels of CK-MB and cardiac troponin （cTnI, cTnT）, pathological changes （HE staining）, myocardial infarction area were evaluated on the eighth day. Results After the administration of volatile oil from coconut shell, the cardiac function was significantly improved （P 〈0.01）. The levels of CK-MB, cTnI and cTnT were significantly improved （P 〈0.01） in the high and medium groups. The pathological damage and myocardial infarction area were significantly decreased （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion The volatile oil from coconut shell could protect the myocardial injury induced by AMI through the improvement of the function of ischemic myocardium and seducement the damage of myocardial cells.
