软弱围岩隧洞初期支护设计

摘  要: 水工输水隧洞,初期支护是加固围岩、确保洞室安全的重要措施,对于小断面隧洞来说,考虑施工便利,一般需在隧洞开挖贯通后进行二期衬砌,对于软弱围岩,确保开挖过程中隧洞的安全尤为重要。本文结合宁夏固原地区(宁夏中南部)城乡饮水安全水源工程7号大湾输水隧洞,对小断面软岩隧洞的初期支护设计进行了探讨。现场施工监测表明:现有的支护方式能够满足规范要求,可供类似工程参考。 In the hydraulic water conveyance tunnel,early support is an important measure for reinforcing the surrounding rock and ensuring the security of the cavern. Lining of the second stage should be implemented after the tunnel is excavated and holed through generally for construction convenience aiming at tunnels with small cross section. Guarantee of tunnel safety in the excavation process is particularly important aiming at weak surrounding rock. In the paper,No. 7 Dawan hydraulic tunnel in urban and rural drinking water safety water source project of Ningxia Guyuan region( Mid-south of Ningxia) is combined for discussing early support design of weak rock tunnel with small cross section. Site construction monitoring indicates that existing support mode can meet specification requirements,and provide reference for similar projects.
