摘　　要： 目的探讨骨肉瘤组织中甲硫腺苷磷酸化酶(MTAP)和泛素结合酶10(UbcH10)的表达与患者临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测40例骨肉瘤组织和20例正常骨组织中MTAP和UbcH10的表达情况,并分析其与骨肉瘤患者临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果骨肉瘤组织中的MTAP阳性表达率明显低于正常骨组织,而UbcH10阳性表达率明显高于正常骨组织,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且两者在骨肉瘤组织中的表达呈负相关(r=-0.551,P=0.013)。MTAP和UbcH10的表达与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤部位及组织分型无关(P>0.05),而与软组织浸润、远处转移及Enneking分期有关(P<0.05)。随访6~72个月,生存组患者骨肉瘤组织中的MTAP和UbcH10阳性表达率均低于死亡组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MTAP和UbcH10与骨肉瘤的浸润、转移及预后密切相关,可作为临床诊治及预后判断的参考指标。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of methylthioadenosine phosphorylase （MTAP） and ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme 10 （UbcH10） in osteosarcoma and the clinicopathological features. Method The expression of MTAP and UbcH10 in 40 cases of osteosarcoma and 20 cases of normal bone tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry, and the relationship between them with clinicopathological features and prognosis of osteosarco-ma were analyzed. Result The positive expression rate of MTAP in osteosarcoma was significantly lower than that in normal bone tissues（P〈0.01）, while the positive expression rate of UbcH10 in osteosarcoma was significantly higher than that in normal bone tissues, and the expression of MTAP in osteosarcoma was negatively correlated with UbcH10 （r=-0.551, P=0.013）. The expression of MTAP and UbcH10 was independent of age, sex, tumor location and histological type （P〉0.05）, but were significantly associated with soft tissue infiltration, distant metastasis and Enneking stage （P〈0.05）. After 6-72 months of follow-up, the positive expression rate of MTAP and UbcH10 were significantly higher in os-teosarcoma survivors （P〈0.05）. Conclusion MTAP and UbcH10 are closely related to the invasion, metastasis and prog-nosis of osteosarcoma, which can be used as a reference index for clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.
