摘　　要： 目的探讨应用中西医结合治疗围绝经期综合征的临床价值。方法选取2010年10月至2015年12月在商丘商电铝业集团职工医院收治的围绝经期综合征患者188例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者使用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加上中医辩证治疗,观察两组治疗后的临床疗效及症状变化。结果两组患者经过治疗后潮热及出汗、肌肉关节痛、抑郁等症状明显改善,观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.97%,明显高于对照组患者的89.36%,观察组疗效明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗围绝经期综合征疗效确切,可显著改善临床症状,降低Kupperman评分,值得在临床上推广使用。 Objective To explore the application of the clinical value of combined traditional Chinese and western medi- cine treatment of perimenopausal syndrome. Methods Selected from October 2010 to December 2015 in our hospital 188 patients with perimenopausal syndrome, were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Control group using conventional western medicine treatment, the observation group in the control group on the basis of combined with traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment, observed the clinical curative effect of two groups after treatment and symptom. Results Two groups of patients after treatment of hot flashes, sweating, muscle joint pain and depression symptoms improved significantly, the observation group of patients treatment the total effective rate was 97.97%, signifi- cantly higher than the control group 89. 36% of the patients, and curative effect of observation group was obviously high- er than that of control group, the difference statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of perimenopausal syndrome curative effect, can significantly improve the clini- cal symptoms, reduce Kupperman score, is worth popularizing in clinical use.
