摘　　要： 通过对黑龙江省王明山屯的实地调研,从主动失地农民的性别、年龄、再就业信息获取渠道、再就业障碍和收入状况,分析主动失地再就业的问题。研究表明:男性的就业率高于女性;年龄越大越偏向于不就业和第一产业,年龄小的则偏向于第二三产业;再就业信息获取渠道非常狭窄;再就业障碍存在技能缺失、文化素质不足、思想观念落后;再就业收入低,生存困难。 Based on the field investigation of Wangmingshan Tuen in Heilongjiang province, this paper analyzes the problem of active landless reemployment from the gender, age, reemployment information acquisition channel, reemployment obstacle and income situation of active landless peasants. The study shows that the employment rate of males is higher than that of females. The older ones are more biased towards non-employment and primary industries, and younger ones tend to be in the secondary industry. The re-employment information acquisition channels are very narrow. The re-employment barriers are lack of skills, Lack of quality, ideas behind; re-employment income is low, survival difficulties.
