摘　　要： 精准扶贫是全社会共同的责任。高校选派人员到贫困村任第一书记也是精准扶贫的重要举措,通过发挥高校选派"第一书记"政治素质高的优势,助力村干部班子建设;发挥高校选派"第一书记"综合能力强的优势,助力脱贫的精准定位;发挥高校选派"第一书记"所在单位教育资源丰富优势,助力教育脱贫;发挥高校选派"第一书记"所在单位的法治优势,营造良好的脱贫环境;发挥高校选派"第一书记"所在单位的医疗学科优势,帮助贫困户摆脱疾病困扰。这些优势的发挥,必将推动精准扶贫脱贫工作顺利完成。 Targeted poverty alleviation is the common responsibility of society as a whole. It is also an important manifestation of targeted poverty alleviation for colleges and universities to send personnel to the poor village as the first secretaries. Depend on the political quality advantages of the first secretaries, it can help village cadres team build; Depend on comprehensive abilities of the first secretaries ,it can help precisely position; Lie in rich advantages of the ＂ first secretaries＂ in education resources, it can help to create a good environment for poverty; Give full play to the medical advantages can help poor families out of disease problems. All the advantages will promote the precise poverty alleviation work successfully completed.
