摘 要: 目的探讨基于信息平台的护理人员能级申请审核流程闭环管理的效果。方法 2016年9月至2017年1月建立基于信息平台的护理人员能级申请审核流程,比较实施前后护理人员能级相符率、能级审核完成时间、护理人员对能级管理的满意度。结果基于信息平台的护理人员能级申请审核流程闭环管理方式实施后,护理人员能级相符率提高(P<0.01或P<0.05),能级审核时间缩短(P<0.01),护理人员对能级管理的满意度提高(P<0.01)。结论基于信息化的护理人员能级申请审核流程的闭环管理能够提高护理管理者能级管理的意识,缩短管理路径,提高管理效率,提高护理人员能级管理的满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of closed-loop management of application and audit process for nursing staff level based on information platform.Methods From September 2016 to January 2017,the information platform based nursing staff level application review process was established.The nursing staff level compliance rate,level audit completion time,nursing staff's satisfaction with the level management were compared before and after the implementation of the process.Results After the nursing staff level application audit process closed-loop management,the nursing staff level compliance rate improved (P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05),level completion time was significantly shorter (P 〈 0.01),nursing staff's satisfaction with the management increased (P 〈 0.01).Conclusion Closed-loop management of application and audit process for nursing personnel level based on information platform can improve the management consciousness,shorten the management path,improve the management efficiency and the satisfaction of the nursing staff.
