摘　　要： 目的分析2015年新疆生产建设兵团(以下简称兵团)肺结核流行特征,为兵团结核病的防控提供科学依据。方法采用Excel 2003软件将数据进行整理,用描述流行病学方法对肺结核疫情数据进行分析。结果 2015年度兵团肺结核病例报告1 661例,报告发病率为60.78/10万,位居报告甲乙类传染病第2位,低于新疆维吾尔自治区和全国平均水平。发病率居前3位的地区为第三师(141.68/10万)、第七师(80.99/10万)、第一师(70.62/10万),以冬春发病为主,男性高于女性,主要集中在40岁以上大年龄组,职业主要以离退人员为主。结论兵团仍需加大防治力度,不能放松,尤其是第三师应作为今后防控的重点地区,大力加紧预防、检测和治疗结核病。 [Objective] To analyze the epidemic characteristics of tuberculosis（TB） in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in 2015,provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of TB. [Methods]The epidemic data of TB were arranged by Excel 2003 software and analyzed by the descriptive epidemiologic method.[Results]Totally 1 661 TB cases were reported in2015 with the incidence rate of 60.78/lakh,which ranked second in Class-A and Class-B infectious diseases,and it was lower than the average level in China and Xinjiang. The top three regions of the incidence rate were the third division（141.68/lakh）,the seventh division（80.99/lakh） and the first division（70.62/lakh）. The peak seasons appeared spring and winter. The incidence rate in males was higher than that in females. Most of patients were people above 60 years old and retirees.[Conclusion] Relevant departments still need to strengthen prevention and control,especially in the third division,and energetically improve the prevention,detection and treatment of TB.
