摘 要: 目的通过评价重庆某公司原料码头的职业病危害现状,为制定职业病防治指施提供依据。方法采取职业卫生学调查、职业病危害因素检测和职业健康监护等方法。结果该企业存在的主要职业病危害因素有噪声、煤尘、其他粉尘,经检测,工作场所噪声共检测48点次,噪声强度大于85 dB(A)的仅1点次,为85.3 dB(A),个体噪声共检测6人次,各工种每周40 h等效声级值最高为69.4 dB(A);煤尘(总尘、呼尘)共检测60件,其他粉尘(总尘)共检测27件,各工种的其他粉尘(总尘)检测结果均符合国家标准限值要求,但1号码头皮带工存在煤尘(呼尘)浓度超标的情况,时间加权平均浓度为3.02 mg/m^3。近3 a的职业健康检查结果中未发现职业病患者和疑似职业病者。结论该企业应重点控制和预防噪声和粉尘等职业危害因素。 [Objective] To evaluate the status of occupational hazards in raw materials dock of a company in Chongqing,provide basis for making occupational disease prevention and control measures. [Methods] The occupational hygiene investigation,detection of occupational hazard factors and occupational health surveillance were adopted. [Results]The main occupational hazard factors were noise,coal dust and other dust. The noise in workplace was detected for 48 points-times,and only one point-time showed the noise intensity higher than 85 dB(A),which was 85.3 dB(A). The individual noise detection was performed in 6 person-times,and the maximum value of equivalent sound level to a nominal 40 h working week was 69.4 dB(A). 60 samples and 27 samples were detected for coal dust(total dust,respirable dust) and other dust(total dust) respectively. The concentrations of other dust(total dust) met the national limits,and the concentration of coal dust(respiratory dust) of the belt workers in No.1 dock exceeded the standard,with the time weighted average concentration of 3.02 mg/m^3. In occupational health examination, no case of occupational diseases or suspected occupational diseases was found in the past three years.[Conclusion]The enterprise should focus on the control and prevention of occupational hazards such as noise and dust.
