摘　　要： 心脏移植目前已成为终末期心脏病的最有效的治疗手段,可明显改善患者生存质量并延长患者生命。充分做好术前准备,熟悉供心摘取和移植手术的步骤,熟练掌握各种手术器械的使用方法及术中各种危险因素的正确处理,是缩短手术时间,降低手术风险,保证手术成功的关键。手术室护士熟练掌握各项护理操作,按需要密切配合医生,以利于手术顺利完成。本文通过对在天津市第一中心医院成功进行的5例心脏移植手术进行回顾性分析,探讨心脏移植手术术前准备和术中手术配合的方法。以期为心脏移植的临床工作提供一定参考。 Heart transplantation has become the most effective treatment for end-stage heart disease,which can significantly improve the quality of life and prolong life of patients. Sufficient preoperative preparation,familiar with procedures for cardiac extraction and transplantation,familiar with the use of various surgical instruments and the correct treatment of various risk factors during operation,are the key to shorten operation time,reduce the risk of operation,ensure the success of the operation. Operation room nurses skilled in all the nursing operations,according to the need to closely cooperate with doctors,in order to facilitate the successful completion of the operation. Based on a retrospective analysis of 5 cases of heart transplantation performed in Tianjin First Central Hospital,the methods of preoperative preparation and intraoperative coordination of cardiac transplantation were discussed,in order to provide a reference for the clinical work of heart transplantation.
