摘　　要： 胡蜂,又称为＂蚂蜂＂或＂黄蜂＂,是我国蜂类中毒性最强的蜂之一,在我国大概有200余种。由于胡蜂的蜇针无倒钩,可以反复蜇人,且胡蜂比蜜蜂更具有攻击性,一次性被胡蜂蜇伤20-200次即可导致急性肾衰竭甚至死亡,而蜜蜂通常需要150-1 000次[1],因此, The wasp is one of the most toxic insects,which is also the major killer in China.Wasp stings can cause allergic reactions,and itstoxic easily leads to multiple organ dysfunction syndrome（MODS）.But the molecular mechanism isstill unclear.Here,we reviewed the effects and mechanisms of the body injury causd by wasp stings,and provideda new clue for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
