摘　　要： 学科群建设作为现代大型综合性医院创造更高临床和科研效益的途径之一,针对学科群的考核指标体系对提高学科群质量、促进学科群发展、科学管理学科群具有重要意义。从国内外医院学科群发展现状出发,通过头脑风暴、Delphi法、因子分析法等构建考核指标体系及权重。 In order to improve clinical practice and scientific research, more and more general hospitals set up discipline groups.Evaluation indicators of discipline groups were of great importance to the development of discipline groups, as well as research quality and management.Based on the status analysis of discipline construction, brainstorming, Delphi method and AHP were adopted to set up the evaluation indicators.
