摘　　要： 虚拟现实技术(Virtual reality,VR)产生于20世纪60年代,其核心是利用多种技术产生逼真的虚拟环境,使用户获得身临其境的感受和体会。其在医学领域中已有着广泛的应用,而在我军兴起的全科军医教学中,虚拟现实技术同样有着巨大潜力及优势,尤其表现在战伤急救课程教学中。借鉴国外相关经验,并结合我军教学实际,展望该项技术在全科军医急救课程中的价值与未来。 Virtual reality was invented in 1960s.Its core technology is the application of a variety of techniques to produce a realistic virtual environment so that users can get immersive experience and feeling.VR technology has been widely used in medical field.It has also showed great potentials and advantages in general medicine teaching, especially in the course of first-aid skills, which has been heated up in recent years.In this article, the value and prospect of applying virtual reality technology in the first-aid rescue course for general military doctors in accordance with foreign experience and our army＆#39;s teaching reality.
