摘　　要： 目的了解海岛部队卫生机构院前救治能力现状,为加强卫生机构院前救治力量建设、提高官兵医疗保障水平提供依据。方法通过自行设计的调查问卷和海岛部队官兵健康档案,对构建区域协同一体化医疗服务平台效果进行调查。结果构建区域协同一体化医疗服务平台后,海岛部队卫生机构本级留治量、伤病员后送率、服务保障满意率改变,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论区域协同一体化医疗服务平台能够提升部队卫生机构救治能力和提高部队官兵对医疗服务的满意度,应通过构建军队卫生机构一体化医疗服务平台,加强海岛部队卫生机构救治力量建设,提高官兵医疗保障水平。 Objective To understand the status of the pre-hospital treatment ability of the military health institutions on the island so as to provide a theoretical basis for strengthening the pre-hospital treatment of island medical institutions and improving the level of medical support for the island soldiers.Methods Through the self-designed questionnaires and the health records of the island soldiers,the effect of constructing a regional integrated medical service platform was investigated.Results After the establishment of regional integrated medical service platform, the level of mangagement, the evacuation rate of the sick and wounded,the satisfaction rate of service support were investigated and the difference was statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion The regional cooperative medical service platform can improve the ability of medical services and the satisfaction degree of medical services.We should build an integrated medical service platform for military medical institutions in order to strengthen the construction of the military health institutions and improve the medical security level of island soldiers.
