摘　　要： 目的调研预备役应急救援队人员健康基本技能培训干预现况。方法以某省两地市预备役应急救援队人员为调查对象,采用分层整群抽样方法,随机抽取419人作为样本,采用问卷调查法进行问卷调查,调查对象基本情况采用描述性统计分析,健康基本技能比较采用χ2检验。分别对参与调查的应急救援队人员进行培训。结果干预前有效问卷409人中健康基本技能合格率为61.68%,干预后430人中健康基本技能合格率为84.94%。结论对预备役应急救援队非卫生人员,大力普及与深化救援医学知识和健康基本技能,加强自救互救演练,突出健康基本技能操作与救援基本技术现场应用,提高救援人员专业技能水平。 Objective To investigate the intervention status of basic health skills training for reserved emergency rescue team.Methods Using stratified cluster sampling method, 419 people were randomly selected as samples to take the questionnaire survey, and the data of the basic situation of the survey were processed by descriptive statistical analysis.The basic health skills were compared using χ2 test.Training was awanged for the respondents participating in the investigation of the emergency rescue team.Results The qualified rate of basic health skills was 61.68% in the 409 valid questionnaires before intervention, and the qualified rate of basic skills was 84.94% among the 430 people after the intervention.Conclusion The knowledge of medical rescue and health basic skills are vigorously publicized among non-health personnel in the emergency rescue team reserve.Self-rescue drills are strengthened, application of outstanding health skills and basic rescue technology in the field of rescue workers are highlighted and the level of professional skills is improved, which is of very important significance.
