摘　　要： 目的了解成都市民营医院预检分诊与隔离防护工作现状,分析其医院感染管理中存在的问题。方法采用问卷和现场调查的方式对成都市不同圈层分布的48家民营医院进行调查。结果 56.3%的民营医院设有预检分诊处,39.6%设有感染性疾病门诊,且以发热门诊为主;普通病区和手术病区隔离执行记录设置率最低,合计仅为6.3%;调查院级管理层和科级执行层关于医务人员职业暴露和防护管理的相关制度、措施和文件,其设有比例为23.3%~45.7%。结论被调查民营医院在预检分诊和隔离防护管理中尚存在较多问题,需通过完善内部管理和执法监管等手段,提高成都市民营医院感染防控能力。 Objective To investigate the current status of previewing triage and isolation protection in private hospitals in Chengdu,and to know the problems of the infection management in the private hospitals. Methods Questionnaire investigation and field investigation were conducted in 48 private hospitals in different areas of Chengdu. Results 56. 3% of private hospitals in Chengdu established the spots for previewing triage,39. 6% of private hospitals established the infectious disease clinics and mainly in fever clinics. The establishment rate of the isolated execution records was the lowest in the common wards and the surgical wards,which was only 6. 3% in total. The establishment rates of rules,regulations and papers in private hospital’s management level and execution level on medical staff’s occupational exposure and protection management were 23. 3% ~ 45. 7%.Conclusion There are many problems in the surveyed private hospitals in Chengdu. The nosocomial infection management should be improved through enhancing the internal management and strengthening the legal supervision.
